It was 6.30 pm and a bit rainy in Cihampelas. I was exhausted after exploring Bandung with friends. Going to Pasar Baru (Otista) seeing many kind of merchandises where I bought some items for samples purpose. After having 'lotek' at Jl. Kalipah Apo, heading to Paris van Java, an exotic open air-concept mall in Sukajadi where we experienced wonderful alfresco dining....having drinks while seeing 'cool' people hanging around...Then heading to Lembang when it started raining heavily. Just stopped by to have 'sate kelinci' or grilled chopped meat of rabbit in sticks ...then returned to Bandung and had coffee in Cihampelas Walk .... till dark evening......and...after said good bye to my friends....I had to go back to Jakarta. They still accompanied me to find chartered-car for me...till finally ... here I am////TOTALLY EXHAUSTED...
It was 7.10 pm and we all were informed to get on the car, I got seat# 2 and next to me was a cute girl whom had stollen my interest since she bought the ticket on the counter....wearing a white t-shirt and a jeans miniskirt over her knee. She looked awesome.
The car started leaving for Jakarta, going down through Cihampelas and I started talking to her "Going back to Jakarta ?"
"Yup, for the first time after 2 months "She smiled at me
"Are you staying in Bandung for study ?"I asked after seeing that she looked like a student.
"Ya. I am studying law in UNISBA and I rent a room not so far from the campus"
The car started to wander on highway....down to Jakarta. She told me her name was Echy and she was the youngest in family so that her parents looked after her quite possessively.....and since she started studying in Bandung ...she felt FREE...at least not well-guarded and child-treated like she used to have at home.
We talked here and there while the car was speeding up and other passengers were in sleep.
She told me that she had never had boyfriend before and only three months back she had a boyfriend ....she had her first kiss only at second week since then.
I shared my experience about how hard my effort was to get my first girlfriend...3 months with full efforts ....luckily I didn't have rival at that time (or not visible ?)...only she was such a tought girl whom no wonder boys were not courageous enough to approach her...moreover she was known as a black belt Taekwondoin, although she was a pretty girl....not such an easy job for me huh ? But, well... finally I got her... and figured out that most of her time before me...she felt lonely..
Anyway, Jatiwaringin tollgate was approaching and I prepared myself to get off....nice talk with Echy...and great to know her too....perhaps someday will see again
